Early Times Kentucky Whisky: T.G.I.F. Cocktail Recipes: January 12

This first Kentucky whisky appeared in the late 1700s, when some farmer who stored his spirit in a charred barrel began to make whisky. In fact, it's that very char which gives Kentucky Whiskey its well-known red hue and an epic smoothness. However, Early Times Whisky did not come into being until 1860 in Early Times Station (in Kentucky).
