Cocktail Recipes for Batch No. 12 Bourbon:
Apple and Bourbon
- 1 3/4 Parts Batch No. 12 Bourbon
- 1/2 Part Aperol Aperitif
- 3/4 Parts Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Part Thyme Honey
- 1 Dash Maple Bitters
- Garnish Thyme Sprig
Infuse bourbon with apples. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with thyme sprig and apple slice.
Bourbon Cider Cocktail
- 1 Part Batch No. 12 Bourbon
- 1 Tsp to 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Dashes Bitters
- 3 Parts Hard Cider, Dry
- Garnish with Maraschino Cherries
In a champagne glass, stir together the sugar and the bitters until the sugar dissolves. Add Batch No. 12 Bourbon. Top with cold cider. Garnish with a cherry and slice of orange.
- 1 Oz Batch No. 12 Bourbon
- 1 Oz PAMA
- .5 Oz Simple Syrup
- .5 Oz Lemon Juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin, add ice shake until well chilled. Fill a rocks glass with ice and strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
- 6 Tablespoons Batch No. 12 Bourbon
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- Additional Ice (Optional)
Combine bourbon, maple syrup, and fresh lemon juice, stirring well. Pour mixture into a cocktail shaker filled with 1/2 cup ice. Cover and shake. Strain mixture; divide evenly between two glasses. Serve over ice, if desired.
