Enza is named for, "...the quintessentially Italian woman that exudes sophistication and elegance, inspiring us to produce Prosecco reflective of these qualities." Enza is produced by Cantina Sachetto which, was founded in 1915 by Siso Sacchetto. Through a special collaboration, Enza was introduced to the U.S. market in 2012.

The Prosecco is known for its vibrationa and delightful nose. It epitomizes the romance and the style of Italy. It is created with Glera Grapes and produced in the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in Northern Italy. It is very much like Champagne. In fact, we celebrated the aforementioned birthdays with Champagne flutes.

Vilarnauis a small, artisan cava winery near Barcelona. The Vilarnau family (Spanish nobility) settled the Penedés property which, was already growing vines, in the 12th century. Vilarnau is a contraction for the Latin, Vila Arnau (country house, Domus).
IN 1982, Vilarnau was acquired by the González Byass family of wineries. Luis González designed
the architecture and the interior was done by world renowned artist Antonio Miró.

The Brut Reserva took the Gold Medal for 2015 and 2016 at the, "Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships." The winery has received other awards as well. The nose is layered and difficult to discern, excepting grapes at the forefront. It is made from Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-Lo grapes. Delicious!
