Part One covers the Twelve Regular Channels (meridian's). They are named for the internal organs in the main body cavities, for which they are the most associated with. These are the Lung, Large Intestine, Stomach, Spleen/Pancreas, Heart, Small Intestine, Bladder, Kidney, Gall Bladder, Liver, Pericardium and the Triple Warmer. Sweigart likens the meridian's as a map of our internal system.
The meridian's are a somewhat complex set of ideas. We glossed over a lot of that is it overwhelms our bipolar mind. It is worthy of study. Not for us. Not now. However, you need to try to read through it, as the first part of the book deals with the intimate workings of the meridian's.
Consider the meridians to be energetic rivers made of God's Light and Love which flow through our bodies, pathways that when associated with can bring healing and peace to us, healing us from the inside out.

We would be remiss if we did not add that these preliminary opportunities for learning are well-written. They do not reach into the stratosphere with superfluously difficult or long words. They are written for the average reader.
In Part Two, we begin with with meridian's through touch, meditation and Qigong.
There are many outstanding concepts in this simplistic piece. We wanted so much to quote this learned man. However, this is not possible considering that the book is not yet published.
