Aperol: T.G.I.F. Cocktail Recipes for June 24

Aloe Spritz  Created by Haley Forest, Belle Shoals
  • 1.5 Oz Aperol
  • 3 Oz Prosecco
  • .75 Oz Chareau Aloe Liqueur
  • Prosecco
  • Soda Water to top

Build in shaker and shake with ice. Pour in wine glass over ice and garnish with a cucumber slice.

    Aperol Peach Spritz
  • 1 Oz Aperol
  • .5 Oz Peach liqueur
  • .5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 Oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • Club Soda to top
  • Prosecco to top

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake gently and serve in a rocks glass over ice with Prosecco and a dash of club soda.

  • 2 Oz Aperol
  • 1 Oz Giffard Apricot Liqueur .75 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
    High Garden Spritz
  • 2 Oz Champagne
  • 2 Oz Club Soda
  • 3 Cucumber Slices
  • 2 turns Cracked Salt

Shake and start over large presentation ice cube or a scoop of cold draft ice. Top with champagne and club soda. Garnish with fresh cucumbers.

  • .5 Oz Fino Sherry
  • Sparkling Water to top
  • Prosecco to top

Build in a wine glass and garnish with lemon and orange wheels.

  • 1.5 Oz Aperol
  • 1.5 Oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
  • 1.5 Oz Sparkling Rosé
  • .5 Oz Tonic Water

Build in a highball glass and garnish with a grapefruit peel.

    Razberry Spritz
  • 1.5 Oz Aperol
  • .75 Oz Cinzano Bianco
  • .5 Oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 Oz Simple Syrup
  • 3 Ripe Raspberries

Add raspberries to mixing tin, gently muddle.  Add the rest of ingredients and shake with ice.  Fine strain into wine glass over fresh ice.  Top with 1 oz. of dry sparkling wine.  Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint.

  • 3 Oz Prosecco
  • 1 Oz La Croix Lime Sparkling Water

Watermelon Ice Cubes*

Build in a wine glass and enjoy somewhere outdoors!  *Place watermelon juice in an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 3 hours.
