Cooper's Chase Vodka for National Vodka Day

Cooper's Chase Vodka for National Vodka Day
Proprietor Doug Throener of West Point, NE and James Brozen of Norfolk, NE began the business with a single focus in mind.  They wanted to make the best tasting spirits possible and beat top shelf competitor's in blind taste tests.  They needed to be able to afford this and they needed to be affordable to the buyer.

In 2013, Throener became a single owner, due to Brozen's retirement.  What Brozen has given to the spirit has become immortalized.  Cooper's Chase is Nebraska's first federal and state licensed distillery and even today, its goals are to produce vodka, bourbon, rye, blended whiskey and rum.
